Prospector Down March 28th 4-8pm (posted 3/27/24)
Prospector is migrating to a new software platform with the same vendor. The conversion to the new system is scheduled for March 28th 4-8pm. During this period, Prospector will be unavailable for searching and requesting. Barring any complications, Prospector will be back online around 9pm that evening. Thanks for your patience as we update Prospector.

Douglas County Libraries Restored in Prospector (2/7/2024)
Douglas County Libraries were suspended in Prospector over the last few weeks due to some internal networking issues. We are pleased to announce that all issues have been resolved and they are fully restored in Prospector for lending and borrowing of items.
Douglas County Libraries currently unavailable in Prospector
Douglas County Libraries have been experiencing some network connectivity issues. As a result, their items aren't requestable in Prospector and borrowing has also been suspended. If you are a patron of DCL, please contact your local library to request items through traditional interlibrary loan, outside of Prospector. Email: help-at-dclibraries.org
Last Day to Request MOBIUS Items-January 12, 2024
MOBIUS is moving to a new system for their catalog which isn't compatible with the Prospector. All borrowing and lending between the two systems will cease on January 12, 2024. After this time, the link to MOBIUS will be removed from the Prospector catalog. After January 12th, if you aren't able to find an item in Prospector, you will need to contact your local library and order it through traditional interlibrary loan outside of Prospector. You can still request items from MOBIUS and have them for the full loan period until January 12th . Please let us know if you have any questions.
Libraries Unavailable in Prospector
- CU-Boulder Libraries are switching to a new library catalog and are unavailable for the first 2 quarters of 2024. CU Boulder card holders should contact the ILL Department to request items. <.

Prospector Planned Outage July 2-July 4
Access to Prospector and all Alliance services will be interrupted over the July 4th weekend (July 2 – July 4) as we make some necessary updates to our network. This will start about 9am (Mountain time) on Saturday morning (July 2nd).

Douglas County Libraries Unavailable in Prospector
Douglas County Libraries are experiencing some network difficulties and are currently unavailable for lending and borrowing materials through Prospector. We don't have an estimated time frame on when these issues will be resolved. In the meantime, Douglas County patrons can contact their local library to request items through traditional interlibrary loan.
Prospector unavailable Friday evening to Saturday morning
Access to Prospector and ALL Alliance services will be unavailable from 8:00pm on Friday December 17, 2021 until 10:00am on
Saturday December 18, 2021.
Our datacenter will be doing maintenance that requires our servers and devices to be shut down during this time.
