Loveland Public Library is currently unavailable in Prospector and for the foreseeable future.  If you are a Loveland card holder, please contact your local library about requesting items through traditional interlibrary loan outside of Prospector.  Loveland items in Prospector are not available for request. 

During the Winter Break from December 11, 2024-January 5, 2025,  Prospector is unavailable to Colorado College patrons and their items are not requestable.  On January 6th we will restore lending and borrowing for Colorado College.  Please contact the library directly if you have any questions.  

Prospector-Encore is currently down due to system maintenance.  Please search and place requests through the Classic Catalog.   We apologize for the inconvenience.

Due to the large number of libraries that have closed during the pandemic, we have temporarily shutdown Prospector. You can still view resources in the catalog, but you won't be able to place requests on items in Prospector, or in our partner catalog MOBIUS. We apologize for the temporary inconvenience.

Prospector will be unavailable on Monday, February 3rd while we migrate the Prospector system to new servers. The system migration will start at 9am and should be done by the end of the day. Thanks for your patience while we migrate Prospector to our new servers.

Prospector will be unavailable July 16-18th while we move our data center. We apologize for the temporary inconvenience but hope to have Prospector all of our services completely restored on Thursday, July 19th.

Hello,

Prospector Encore and the Classic version will be unavailable for up to an hour starting at 7am on February 28th while a system update is installed. We apologize for the temporary inconvenience.

Colorado State University-Fort Collins and Pueblo libraries will be unavailable for lending and borrowing in Prospector starting November 1, 2016 while they undergo a library system migration.

Card holders for these 2 libraries may consider getting a library card from a public library in Prospector (http://prospectorhome.coalliance.org/prospectornews/web/about) and using traditional Interlibrary Loan while CSU completes the migration.

The MOBIUS search option is currently unavailable in Prospector while MOBIUS updates their library catalog.

In the mean time, if you don’t find what you need in Prospector, you can search the MOBIUS catalog directly at: http://searchmobius.org/iii/encore .
